How can I search for a matchpackage?
The matches are sorted by competition. You can also search on date, price or match.
 
How can I pay the reservation?
You can pay directly by credit card (Mastercard or VisaCard)
The reservation is confirmed when we have received the payment. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation that your payment is successfully proceed.

Who will handle the reservation?
Your reservation will be handled by Oad Reizen, department Sport, Event & Incentive Travel.

Which conditions are applicable on the match packages?
The Conditions Sport, Event & Incentive Travel are applicable on the match packages. The conditions are published on the website. Click here for the conditions.

Is Oad Reizen responsible for the information on Ajaxtravel.nl?
The information on Ajaxtravel.com is carefully composed. Despite of this carefullness, it is possible to you will see mistakes. For these mistakes Oad Reizen accept no responsibility. All published information is subject to compositor- and typing errors.

Are there reduced prices for children?
Oad Reizen has no special ticketprices for children available.

Are there restrictions for taking belongings into the Amsterdam ArenA?
- bottles, glasses, cans, firework, knifes, guns or other items which can be used as weapon are not allowed;
- taking or being intoxicated of alcoholic drinks and drugs is not allowed
- throwing items or liquids is forbidden.
- recording of video is not allowed. Camera’s are only allowed of the will not be used for commercial
  efforts and the lense not that big is to disturb the view of other visitors.
- banners with provoking teksts will be banished.

Which train/metro/bus do I have to take to the Amsterdam ArenA?
Train
Please get off the train at station Duivendrecht (around 10-15 minutes walking) or station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA (around 5-10 minutes walking).

Metro
Metro 54 to Gein (stops at station Strandvliet, Bijlmer and Duivendrecht) connect the centre of Amsterdam with the Amsterdam ArenA.

Bus
You can also reach the Amsterdam Arena by bus with the busline 29, 59, 60, 62, 137, 158, 174 and 175. These busses stop all at station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA.

Can I park in the Amsterdam ArenA?
We cannot distribute the parking tickets for parking in the Amsterdam ArenA. When you book a parking card, you will receive a parking ticket for parking P2 t/m P5, P10 and P18. Click here for a map of the available parking’s.

Where is the Oad Reizen desk?
The Oad Reizen desk is situated in the main entrance of the Amsterdam ArenA? In the confirmation is metioned from how late you can pick up the tickets and vouchers.

What is the definition of “on request”?
When a match package is published on request, does this mean that the package is offered subjected to availability. After we receive your reservation, we check the availability and afterward we will confirm the Reservation to you or offer you a alternative.

If I reserve match package for more persons than 1, are connected seats guaranteed?
It depends on Ajax which match tickets Ajaxtravel will receive, that is the reason why we cannot guarantee connected seats. It happens incidentally that we cannot seat groups connected to each other.

Is it possible to change or cancel a match package?
A cancellation or modification is possible. A modification has influence on the total amount of your invoice. For the cancellation policy we refer you to the Conditions Sport, Event & Incentive travel.

What are the possibilities for disabled persons?
Seats for disabled persons are situated above the First stadium ring or on a special platform on the pitch.
Each disabled visitor receive entrance tickets for the platform or the stand on the short sid and has to be guided. This person is responsible for this disabled person. This couple has to enter the stadium by Entrance B or Entrance H. Do you have a question or requirement, please click here.

How do I receive the match tickets?
On the match day you will receive the tickets from the Oad Reizen desk, in the main entrance of the Amsterdam ArenA (Entrance E).

When do I receive the parking tickets?
You will receive the parking tickets together with the match tickets on the match day.
